Over 2 million poor children in Sri Lanka dream to touch a computer. Our effort is to materialize their aspirations. 121 Village Information Centres (VIC) guide them in this journey.

During 2008, we have introduced ICTs to 212,400 poor people, in 10 districts of Sri Lanka.

  • over 5000 acquired help desk services
  • about 3223 people accessed ICTs just at 6 Fusion-telecentres
  • capacity building of 450 telecentre operators
